Symptoms

Customer is printing a scanned document. An error dialog appears with the following message: Integer Overflow.

Fix

The MSDS Administrator software must be patched to version 5. This problem has been fixed and addressed in all version 5 installations. If you are experiencing this problem, please contact technical support.
