Symptoms

Customer enters their user id and password and receives an error message.

Fix

The customer can take the following steps to correct the problem:

  1. Try entering their user id and password again.
  2. Ensure that CAPS LOCK key is not on, or that they are using the correct case (Uppercase or Lowercase).
  3. Ask their system administrator to reset their password.
